LA SU | TONIC
Gin & Tonic, The Classic
Instructions:
Pour LA SU into tumbler. Add ice cubes and top with tonic water.
Technique: Build
Ingredients:

5cl LA SU
Tonic Water (Fever Tree Mediterranean)
Garnish: Lime zest

Instructions:
Put all ingredients except the tonic water in the shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Then shake everything dry for 20 seconds and double strain into an aperitif glass. Finally, fill with tonic water and garnish with thyme.

Ingredients:
5 cl LA SU
3 cl Lime juice
2 cl Sugar syrup
5 cl Egg white
6 cl Tonic Water
Thyme

LA SU | MULE
Instructions:
Put LA SU, lime juice and Angostura Bitters in a copper mug and stir a little. Then add ice cubes and fill the cup with Old Jamaican Ginger Beer.

Ingredients:
5 cl LA SU
3 cl Lime juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Old Jamaican Ginger Beer
Garnish: Lime and cucumber

Instructions:
First put the berries in the shaker and crush well, then add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously. Double strain into a pre-chilled martini glass and garnish with rosemary and berries.

1,5 cl Sugar syrup
A handful of berries

Put all ingredients together in the shaker and shake. Then double strain in a tumbler and garnish with a chili pepper.

1,5 cl Sugar syrup
1 Chili pepper
6 cl Passion fruit juice

LA SU | TROPICAL SPLASH
Instructions:
Put mango cubes in the shaker and crush well, then add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with 3-4 ice cubes.
Double strain into a pre-chilled martini glass. Perfume the glass with mint and then garnish.

3 cl Lemon juice
1 cl Sugar syrup
2 leaves of mint
6-8 fresh mango cubes

LA SU | MANGO WINTER POP UP
Instructions:
Put 2 orange zests, 1 slice of ginger in the glass and press. Then grate nutmeg into the glass and add 5 cl LA SU.
Add 4-5 ice cubes in the glass, fill with tonic water and stir.
Lightly flambé cinnamon stick and decorate with cinnamon stick & dried oranges.
