THE HISTORY
LA SU
Gin is a clear spirit based on neutral alcohol, characterized by juniper berries. Refined with a wide variety of botanicals, it receives its individual flavor. Already in the middle of the 17th century the juniper schnapps is mentioned in sources as Genever. According to these, François de la Boe, a German physician and natural scientist, is the inventor of the forerunner of today’s gin.
LA SU embarks on a journey far from Europe.
