This website uses Google Universal Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Universal Analytics also uses “cookies”, i.e. text files stored on your end terminal to help the website analyze how you use it. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, in case of activation of IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other member states of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
On our behalf, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing us with other services relating to the website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Universal Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. You may refuse the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser software, however please note that in this case you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. In addition, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie that is related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).

6. Google-Maps API
To display our company location, we use an ad from Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). The Google Static Maps JavaScript API is used for this purpose. During display, data including your IP address and your location are transferred to Google servers in the USA and stored there. Google respects the data protection provisions of the “EU-US Privacy Shield” agreement and is registered at the “EU-US Privacy Shield” program of the US Department of Commerce. There you can also change your personal privacy settings in the Privacy Center.
You can prevent the collection of data by disabling Java script in your browser settings. However, the map cannot be displayed in this case.
7. Use of Google Fonts
In order to enable a correct and graphically appealing cross-browser display of our content we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser’s cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Web Fonts or prevents access, content will be displayed in a standard font.
Calling up script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the operator of the library. It is theoretically possible – although it is currently also unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes – that operators of corresponding libraries collect data.
The Privacy Policy of the library operator Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
8. Font Awesome
This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Fonticons, Inc. for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose the browser you use has to connect to the servers of Fonticons, Inc. This enables Fonticons, Inc. to know that our website has been accessed via your IP address. Web fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the sense of Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. f GDPR.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.
Further information about Font Awesome can be found at https://fontawesome.com/help and in the Privacy Policy of Fonticons, Inc.: https://fontawesome.com/privacy.
9. Social Media Plugins
Social plugins from the providers listed below are used on our websites. You can recognize the plugins by the fact that they are marked with the corresponding logo.
Via these plugins, information which may also include personal data might be sent to the service provider and may be used by him if required. We prevent the unconscious and unintentional collection and transfer of data to the service provider by a 2-click solution. To activate a desired social plugin, it first has to be activated by clicking on the corresponding button. Only this activation of the plugin will trigger the collection of information and its transfer to the service provider. We do not collect any personal data ourselves by means of the social plugins or via their use.
We have no influence on which data an activated plugin collects and how this data will be used by the provider. Currently, it must be assumed that a direct connection to the provider’s services will be established and that at least the IP address and device-related information will be collected and used. There is also the possibility that the service providers try to store cookies on the used computer. Please refer to the data privacy information of the respective service provider to find out which specific data is collected and how it is used. 11. Visitor Statistics
Our system-based visitor analysis tool does not store raw data and evaluate it later: The necessary evaluations are executed immediately. Therefore the finished statistical data is stored with the exception of the IP address. Thus, the goal of data avoidance and data minimization is achieved in the best possible way.
11.1 IP-Address
Only the IP address is used to recognize different visitors, no JavaScript, no cookies.
11.2 Browser Agent and Referrer
The browser agent and the referrer are read for additional statistics. Both readouts are stored independently and separately from the IP address and can therefore also not be associated. (pure count)
11.3 Data Storage
IP-Address
The IP address of the visitor is not stored. With the exception of the detection of bots/crawlers/spiders, the IP address is also not used for further analysis purposes. A pseudonym in the form of a hash value is generated from the IP address and other internal data. This hash value is not associated with any other statistical evaluation.
11.4 Browser Agent and Referrer
For the browser agent, the combinations of browser, language, operating system are stored with a count. For the referrer, the URL with count and time stamp of the last occurrence is stored without establishing a connection to the IP address or to the browser agent.
12. TLS Encryption (https://)
We protect the transmission of your data with a secure (AES 256 bit) TLS connection. TLS (Transport Layer Security) is a security technology ensuring that your personal data is transferred securely over the internet and cannot be viewed by third parties. You can recognize TLS encryption by the fact that the URL starts with “https” instead of “http”. The following data is encrypted: Personal data (name, address and other information transmitted via the contact forms).
13. Your Rights, Information
You have the right to obtain information about your personal data stored by us at any time. You also have the right to have your personal data corrected, blocked or, apart from the mandatory data storage for business processing, deleted. Please contact our data protection officer for this purpose. You will find the contact details at the very bottom.
To ensure that a block on data can be respected at any time, this data must be stored in a blocking file for control purposes. You can also request the deletion of data unless there is a legal archiving obligation. If such an obligation exists, we will block your data upon request.
You can make changes or withdraw consent with effect for the future by notifying us accordingly.
For any questions with regard to the collection, processing or use of your personal data or if you would like to request information about or correct, block or delete data, please contact us by e-mail at: datenschutz@expo-outline.de
